About the Role: ILS Inc. is looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Carson, CA facility. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and performance
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to meet fulfillment goals
Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
Track KPIs and generate reports on warehouse performance and efficiency
Requirements:
3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices
Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
Forklift certification or experience preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
