Position Overview
The Warehouse & Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe warehouse and facilities operations that support Namaste Solar's teams. This role owns inventory accuracy, material staging, warehouse SOPs, and day-to-day facility readiness while leading a team of warehouse professionals. The Manager partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Safety, and Leadership to reduce job delays, improve usability of systems and processes for crews, and maintain compliant, well-functioning facilities.
