Warehouse Manager -Direct Hire + Profit Sharing
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a growing company in Shelby, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering stability and long-term stability, excellent benefits and career growth with a well-established organization.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly managed
- Pull, stage, and verify customer orders for accuracy
- Coordinate incoming shipments, including working with delivery trucks and freight carriers
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Supervise warehouse personnel and support team productivity
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
- Assist with operational improvements and inventory management processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of Warehouse Management experience
- Strong inventory management and order fulfillment experience
- Experience coordinating truck deliveries, shipments, and warehouse logistics
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Forklift experience preferred
- Plumbing industry experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must successfully pass a background check
