Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager / Distribution Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material organization.
Load, transport, and deliver materials safely and on time to job sites or clients.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safety and readiness.
Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors to meet delivery schedules.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a supervisory role.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50-75 lbs regularly.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Ability to safely load and unload materials from trucks.
Work may involve both indoor and outdoor environments and exposure to varying weather conditions.
