Warehouse Manager (Tiles & Stone)
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (Based on experience)

We are a premier tiles and stone company operating a high-volume distribution hub in Elizabeth, NJ. We pride ourselves on quality materials and top-tier service. To support our growth, we are looking for a powerhouse Warehouse Manager to take complete ownership of our facility, establish bulletproof operational systems, and lead our team to excellence.
Position Overview:
This is not a role for an assistant or a passive supervisor. We need a seasoned, battle-tested Warehouse Manager who has successfully run large-scale warehouse operations. You will be responsible for transforming our daily operations by designing, implementing, and enforcing robust inventory and logistics systems. You will directly manage daily inbound/outbound
deliveries and lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of 10 warehouse employees.
Key Responsibilities
• System Creation & Optimization: Design and implement highly efficient workflow systems
for inventory control, space utilization, and quality assurance specific to heavy, fragile goods
(tiles/stone).
• Daily Delivery & Logistics Management: Oversee the scheduling, preparation, loading, and
dispatch of daily outgoing deliveries, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time performance.
• Team Leadership: Directly manage, train, and motivate a team of 10 warehouse associates.
Delegate tasks effectively and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
• Inventory Integrity: Maintain strict control over inventory levels.
• Fleet & Equipment Oversight: Ensure all forklifts, warehouse equipment, and delivery
vehicles are properly maintained and operated safely.
Required Qualifications
• Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience solely as the primary Warehouse
Manager in a high-volume, large-scale warehouse environment. (Note: Assistant Warehouse
Manager experience will not be considered for this role).
