The Warehouse Manager also leads Vogel's Farm Club program designed to develop the next generation of HVAC Technicians; and promotes a safe, organized, accountable, and service-oriented warehouse environment. Maintain efficient inventory management practices based on materials utilization and within space constraints and conduct regular inventory audits.Promote and maintain a safe, organized, clean and compliant warehouse in accordance with company standards and policies, and with all regulatory requirements.Exhibit a positive, professional, and solutions-based attitude in an everchanging, deadline driven environment. Make decisions, take ownership, and bring solutions.What we are looking forExperience managing warehouse functions for an HVAC company, or similar trade-related industry.HVAC industry experience highly desired.Ability to balance urgency with a high attention to detail.Someone who is comfortable in holding themselves, and others, accountable while building and growing strong relationships.A leader who is committed to continuous improvement and helping others grow.A valid driver license with the ability to be insurable.Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
