About the role

This position will oversee the Warehouse Operations for the Fort Worth Texas Operation.

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.

Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, and performance.

Drive safety, food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation.

Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, labor productivity, and warehouse costs.

Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and skills

Key Skills and Qualifications

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/SAP experience.

Inventory control and materials management.

Leadership and people development.

Food manufacturing and GMP knowledge.

OSHA and warehouse safety compliance.

Data analysis and KPI management.

Typical Reporting Structure

Reports to Supply Chain Manager or Plant Manager.

Direct Reports Warehouse Supervisors, Leads, Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, Forklift Operators.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $108,600 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
