Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Manage inbound and outbound workload to ensure on-time deliveries
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and reporting
• Coordinate schedules with carriers, customers, internal teams, and accounting for billing
• Control labor costs and optimize staffing levels
• Track and analyze warehouse KPIs to improve performance
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Oversee warehouse equipment usage, maintenance, and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
• Forklift certification required
• OSHA training, First Aid, or similar certifications preferred
