Warehouse Manager - HVAC / Sheet Metal

Air-Tech Refrigeration & Mechanical Services is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily material flow for our HVAC, refrigeration, and sheet metal operations.

This position plays a critical role in our success by receiving deliveries, managing inventory, staging materials and equipment for installation crews, and ensuring jobs have everything needed before crews leave each morning.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect daily deliveries of HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and jobsite materials
• Safely operate a forklift to unload, move, and organize inventory
• Stage materials, equipment, and supplies for installation crews each day
• Maintain an organized warehouse and yard area
• Track inventory and notify management of low-stock items
• Pick up materials from local suppliers as needed
• Assist with material handling and logistics for HVAC and refrigeration projects
• Coordinate with project managers, installers, and fabrication staff to ensure crews have what they need to succeed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
• Forklift experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Experience in HVAC, construction, sheet metal, or mechanical trades is highly preferred
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus

Air Tech is celebrating it's 31st anniversary this year! We service and install commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk in coolers, freezers, ice machines and display cases. We have an HVAC division and kitchen equipment division as well for service and installation. We have a large customer base that is continuously growing.
