Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operations
Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all processes
Manage schedules, workflow, and training
Maintain accurate records and reports
Previous warehouse management or leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift certification preferred (but not required)
