Warehouse Manager | Lindon, UT
Nexeo Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing FDA-regulated medical manufacturing company in Lindon, UT. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environments, with a solid understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, quality systems, and warehouse operations. This role will support the manufacturing and shipment of medical red light therapy beds while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations while maintaining strict FDA, cGMP/QMSR, ISO 13485, and OSHA compliance.
- Manage warehouse activities supporting the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices.
- Develop, implement, train, audit, and enforce warehouse SOPs and competency programs.
- Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, traceability, labeling, and material-handling processes.
- Ensure warehouse and distribution activities meet applicable FDA and quality system requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation required for regulatory compliance and audits.
- Partner with Quality and other departments to ensure warehouse processes support the company's quality management system.
- Prepare warehouse operations and documentation for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Identify compliance risks, process gaps, and opportunities for corrective and preventive action.
- Develop scalable warehouse processes and labor plans to support company growth.
- Lead a mixed workforce of full-time and temporary employees.
- Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and provide clear, data-driven reporting to leadership.
- Maintain strong inventory accuracy and ensure proper material traceability throughout the warehouse.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining regulatory and quality requirements.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, operations, and leadership teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, materials management, or operations leadership experience.
- Strong experience working in an FDA-regulated environment is required.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly regulated manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP/QMSR, and ISO 13485.
- Experience working within a formal Quality Management System (QMS).
- Experience preparing for, participating in, or supporting FDA, ISO, customer, or internal audits.
- Experience developing, implementing, training, auditing, and enforcing SOPs.
- Strong understanding of documentation, traceability, inventory control, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
- Experience managing both full-time and temporary employees.
- Experience working closely with Quality/Regulatory teams.
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems, barcode/UDI systems, and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to identify compliance risks and take action to correct process gaps.
- Ability to balance warehouse productivity and efficiency with strict quality and regulatory requirements.
- Must be comfortable working in a highly regulated medical manufacturing environment where compliance and documentation are critical.

$100,000 per year
