Responsibilities
- Connect and build strong relationships with associates, vendors, and customers
- Lead a team driven by passion, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Schedule inbound and outbound freight with appropriate carriers, modes, and requirements, considering shipment weight, size, value, and timing
- Work through challenges and make sound decisions independently
- Drive incremental improvements in quality, delivery, and productivity within the team
- Manage departmental KPI’s (Quality, Schedule, Shipment Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy)
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions, behaviors, and incorrect work processes
- Actively participate in both long- and short-term planning of warehouse strategy
- Ensure all orders are picked accurately and verified through quality checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Ensure adequate shipping supplies for forecasted activities
- Keep inventory accurately displayed and locations documented
- Verify inventory postings in the system are correct
- Perform weekly cycle counts and report findings

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Physically able to safely lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a non-airconditioned warehouse environment
- Bilingual is a strong plus
