Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, optimizing workflows, and implementing efficient processes to drive productivity and accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will also ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment while supporting overall operational goals.
This is a full-time on-site position with benefits located in the greater Detroit area.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets and operational goals
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
