    Warehouse Manager Milwawukee

    Description

    FLOOR360 is hiring a warehouse manager located at our warehouse location in Butler, WI. FLOOR360 has been a successful, design-driven and mission-oriented flooring business for over 28 years. We work hard to provide the highest quality of service to our customers, but we also strive to nurture a unique team culture.

    The warehouse manager will oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of flooring products. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, a warehouse manager manages people, processes and systems, in order to ensure products are received and dispatched appropriately and safely.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
    • Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
    • Managing the inventory control function at the site.
    • Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
    • Documenting and controlling damaged product
    • Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
    • Reconcile overages and shortages
    • Verify returned goods and damaged products from Carriers and re-entering goods into inventory.
    • Must be able to lift 75 lbs and move bulky heavy appliance throughout the warehouse as part of the job function.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in inventory control or related area
    • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone
    • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and 50-75lbs frequently
    • Attention to detail, great attendance, professionalism, and customer-focused
    • Ability to work increase hours during times of increased business volume
    • Class B CDL and forklift experience a plus
