Warehouse Manager
Position Summary
Supervision of all associated logistic transactions under lean aspects. Logistic includes production logistic as well as spare part logistic and processing. Especially in the spare part business it includes the whole value stream from order intake through to shipping. Production logistic includes incoming goods, inner logistic and outgoing goods.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1.Leading all aspects of the designated areas, professional as well as disciplinary
2.Leading and initiate lean logistic projects
3.Ensuring a high quality seamless material supply on time in both areas
4.Lead and develop the associated staff to ensure smooth processes
5.Train and instruct staff in work safety and work conditions
6.Project work to improve processes and eliminate waste
7.Perception of administrative and subject related tasks within the area of responsibility
8.Involvement in supplier Meetings in terms of delivery terms and conditions

Specialized Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
·Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
·More than 5 years of experience in leading logistics in an industrial environment
·Leadership qualities
·Organizational skills
·Willingness to further educations
