THE JOB We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager who’s excited to lead a team and continuously raise the bar on how we operate. You’ll coach and develop team fulfillment members through 1:1s, training, and collaboration, while enforcing accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t settle for “how it’s always been done,” but instead looks for ways to improve processes, strengthen communication and training, and drive smarter, more efficient workflows. REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of people lead or management experience
Warehouse experience preferred
Calm, organized, and effective under pressure
Motivated to make improvements - to your skillset and your team
Proficient in Outlook and Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet physical demands like standing and color recognition
