We are a fast-growing outdoor 4x4 company specializing in suspension systems, bumpers, rooftop tents, and off-road accessories. We build rugged products for serious adventure and are looking for a hands-on leader to run our warehouse operations.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations including production, assembly, inventory, and shipping. This role ensures efficiency, quality, and safety while leading a high-performing team. Experience with NetSuite WMS is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Assembly: Manage production lines, oversee assembly processes, ensure proper use of tools and machinery, and train staff.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods, enforce quality standards, and resolve defects.
- Packaging & Shipping: Ensure accurate order fulfillment, coordinate shipments, and optimize packaging.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards, maintain clean workspace, and lead safety training.
- Maintenance & Reporting: Oversee equipment upkeep and track KPIs such as output, accuracy, and inventory.
- Additional Responsibilities: Manage inventory control and cycle counts, utilize WMS systems, lead and develop staff, and drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse or operations management experience
- Manufacturing or automotive/off-road experience preferred
- Familiarity with WMS (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.
