Position Details
Type: Salaried, Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: On-site, Queensbury, NY Salary Range: $65K-$77k/yr
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates
Address performance issues and administer disciplinary actions when necessary
Receive and inspect incoming shipments in accordance with established procedures
Coordinate and organize inventory transfers
Review, organize, and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
Prepare and process small packages, LTL shipments, and FTL shipments, including packing, palletizing, and system entry
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
Assist customers with loading as needed
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams
Enter and manage work orders within internal systems
Perform quality control checks as needed
Conduct team meetings and communicate operational updates
Approve time sheets, manage time-off requests, and track attendance
Respond to emails and internal communications in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of warehouse management experience preferred
Experience with freight and small package shipments preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
Skills & Physical Requirements
Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with warehouse systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
