Seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring timely merchandise flow to sales or delivery.
Identify efficiency improvements and uphold safety protocols.
Lead, train, and motivate staff, set performance expectations, and foster a positive team environment.
Ensure records, reports, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain organized workspaces and enforce safety standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a warehouse setting, and knowledge of logistics and inventory control.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
Compensation starts at $60,000+ DOE.
