**About the Role:** As a CBRE Warehouse Manager, you will manage the team responsible for warehouse operations. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain. **What You'll Do:** - Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. - Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. - Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. - Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts. Inspect equipment and issue work orders for repair or replacement. - Control inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and entering reconciliation into the data storage system. - Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. - Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and/or personnel policies and procedures. - Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. - Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You'll Need:** - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certified forklift operating license required. - Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs. - Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. - Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse Manager position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Manager position is $125,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
