As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our distribution warehouse, including inventory management, procurement support, regulatory compliance, security, technology systems, and employee leadership. Your work will directly support the safe and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical and over-the-counter products throughout our organization.

What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations & Leadership
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the wholesale distribution warehouse.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
- Oversee warehouse security systems and facility access controls.
- Support warehouse technology, including inventory management and wireless picking systems, while partnering with IT on advanced technical issues.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
Inventory & Procurement
- Partner with the Purchasing Manager to evaluate new products and vendors.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and purchasing decisions based on usage trends.
- Review pricing and cost changes to support purchasing decisions.
- Help maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing waste and shortages.
Compliance & Quality
- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including:
- Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA)
- Controlled Substances Act (CSA)
- State Board of Pharmacy regulations
- Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement.
- Provide guidance on warehouse and pharmacy distribution procedures.
Facility Maintenance
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by assisting with:
- General housekeeping
- Cardboard and waste disposal
- Breakroom and restroom cleanliness
- Floor care and warehouse organization
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, wholesale distribution, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Law enforcement or security experience is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong computer and technical aptitude.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Working knowledge of database structures and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is preferred.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution regulations and controlled substance requirements.

- Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions.
