Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of a thriving warehouse facility. You'll lead a dedicated team, focus on process improvements, and ensure system efficiencies, all while fostering a high-performance, accountable culture. What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading, managing, and developing the warehouse team by setting clear expectations, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing all warehouse processes, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping, while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Maintaining and enforcing all standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standardizing workflows to reduce errors and improve accuracy.
  • Ensuring the effective use of ERP systems, providing training, identifying gaps, and driving system enhancements.
  • Managing inventory accuracy through cycle counts, labeling, organization, and resolving discrepancies with corrective actions.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to inform decisions and improve warehouse performance.
  • Overseeing daily operational activities, adjusting resources as needed, and supporting the team during busy periods.
  • Collaborating cross-departmentally with sales, purchasing, and accounting teams to ensure alignment with company goals and smooth order fulfillment.
