We're looking for a professional, results-driven WarehouseManager to join our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US & Canada. You'll be hands-on, taking part in all aspects of warehouse management for our San Jose, CA warehouse actively kitting, picking, receiving, and performing cycle counts on the floor, while also overseeing one Warehouse Coordinator to ensure seamless coverage across the day and full inventory control for our field service teams.
You'll drive process improvement and operational excellence, including our ongoing rollout of the RF Smart system to enhance inventory accuracy, while helping us build smarter, more efficient systems as we scale. Working within a matrix structure, you'll report to the local General Manager while partnering closely with our Supply Chain team to keep warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and Standard Operating Procedures running smoothly.

Pay: $71,000 - $88,000 per annum
