Warehouse Manager

We need someone to run our San Leandro warehouse: shipping, receiving, inventory, and getting orders out the door. Some weeks it's just you and a small crew, so you should be able to handle things on your own.

The Job

• Shipping, receiving, stocking, returns, and backorders
• Accurate, on-schedule inventory counts
• Domestic and international freight (FedEx, UPS, truck freight)
• Forklift operation and pallet banding
• Supervising a small team (0 to 2 people)

What We Need

• A track record we can verify: reliable, shows up, no drama
• 2+ years supervising shipping and receiving
• Forklift certification
• Experience with warehouse management software and handheld scanners
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
• Within about 45 minutes of San Leandro

Bonus Points

• Background in building materials, industrial distribution, or tooling
• Experience running a smaller operation, not a large distribution center
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and light paperwork
