Warehouse Site Manager
Salary: $80K+ annually + bonus potential
This is 3rd shift - start time 10 pm
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead site teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a proven leader with at least 3 years of progressive management experience in distribution, transportation, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments.
The ideal candidate will manage daily warehouse teams while ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity
This role provides the opportunity to lead an entire warehouse site and directly oversee operational performance. You will manage warehouse teams, maintain service levels, support customers, and ensure all operational goals are achieved.
Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations with safety and productivity as priorities
- Communicate service expectations, accountability measures, and performance goals to employees
- Create daily work logs and submit operational reports
- Audit labor and billing reports
- Ensure customer requirements are met daily
- Resolve employee and customer service issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Conduct weekly safety meetings
- Assist with budget management
- Schedule labor based on operational needs
- Interview, hire, and train employees
- Oversee accurate operational data entry
- Manage payroll administration, cash balancing, and daily reporting closeouts
Qualifications
- Must be flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments
- Strong coaching and employee development skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Budget management and P&L experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Education & Experience
- Warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Experience hiring, training, and managing warehouse employees
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
