Monmouth Cards is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our warehouse. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.
Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving.
Ensure all orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and correctly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to keep inventory levels accurate.
Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Use warehouse management software to track stock levels and streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Warehouse management experience, preferably in retail, collectibles, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment.
Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining efficiency and organization.
Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sports trading cards is a plus but not required.
