Responsibilities This role will serve as the primary resource for daily supply chain execution by working directly with the warehouse and transportation teams, supporting PepsiCo Food and Beverage Distribution Centers (DC) in Tracy and Stockton, CA Leadership & Oversight Direct and develop Inventory Control Specialists (ICS). Provide training and coaching for ICS and Scheduler teams to ensure operational excellence. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all inventory-related inquiries and initiatives. Ensure full cross-training across roles to maintain operational continuity. Inventory Governance & Compliance Act as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Control Owner for inventory, inbound trailer, and cycle count controls. Ensure strict adherence to WMS/SOX policies and procedures. Train and develop sub-control owners to uphold compliance standards. Monitor execution of supporting controls to mitigate financial risk. Validate inbound product accuracy per Stock in Transit Control reports. Maintain and audit inventory-related SOPs and Self-Assessment Guides in alignment with PepsiCo policies.
