Requirements:

• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.

• Experience: The candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in managing warehouse operations in a 3pl / C&F setup and leading a team.

• Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Graduate

• Locations: Warangal, Kaikaluru, Nellore

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.

• Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals

• Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and outbound logistics operations

• Resolve any delivery related complaints, or issues quickly and effectively.

• Maintain the security of the warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage

• Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes
