The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized environment.
- Load, unload, inspect, and verify incoming/outgoing materials
- Organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Use RF systems and computers to track inventory and locations
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Create shipping documents like BOLs and delivery tickets
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist other departments with warehouse duties
Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, dependability, and the ability to multitask. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with warehouse equipment. Additional requirements involve following safety procedures, wearing PPE, holding a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for extra hours.
