Warehouse Material Handler (1st Shift, Weekends Off)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and active Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Middletown, PA. In this role, you will play a key part in managing, processing, and organizing physical data storage materials, file boxes, and backup media.

• Ideal 1st Shift Schedule: Work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with weekends completely off!
• Active & Fast-Paced: Great fit if you like staying active on your feet rather than sitting at a desk.
• Built-In Rest Breaks: Includes a 30-minute lunch plus two paid 15-minute breaks every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Read labels, log orders, and track storage box locations using handheld RF scanners and simple computer software.
• Transport, stage, and stack inventory boxes safely using hand carts, manual pallet jacks, and material-handling aids.
• Load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders for box truck shipments.
• Safely navigate warehouse floors, stairs, and aisles to pull, store, and organize records.

Important Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy storage materials (up to 50-70+ lbs regularly, with team lifts/equipment for heavier items).
• Ability to use basic inventory computer applications and handheld barcode scanners.
• Strong attention to detail, English literacy skills, and a safety-first mindset.
• Must have ASTM-compliant, slip-resistant safety shoes/boots.
