Pay Rate: $22.10 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Are you an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're seeking a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, works well with a team, and has experience loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts, and using warehouse management systems. Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, complete, and maintain warehouse documentation
• Basic computer skills required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience required
• Previous experience loading and unloading trailers
• Experience using RF scanners, Oracle, or similar warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport materials
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders according to shipping paperwork
• Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and product movement
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any product damage
• Perform inventory counts and assist with physical inventories
• Complete forklift inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Support production by supplying packaging materials and raw materials as needed
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and supporting maintenance activities
• Provide coverage for team members during breaks and absences

You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
