Core Responsibilities:

• Pick items according to order specifications using appropriate packing methods.
• Pack products securely for shipment or storage, ensuring accuracy.
• Put away inventory in designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, especially when handling materials up to 40 lbs.
• Verify accuracy of picked and packed items against order documentation.
• Manage inventory movements in warehouse management systems.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits as required.
• Ensure timely processing of orders to meet shipping schedules.
• Support team efforts to meet warehouse productivity goals.
• Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in order picking, packing, and inventory put-away.
• Ability to handle materials up to 40 lbs safely.
• Availability to work the required shift (B shift).
• Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience with warehouse management systems or related software.
• Certification in forklift operation or material handling safety.

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Pallet jacks and forklifts (if required or referenced).
• Warehouse management system (WMS).

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
