Communication Skills, Forklift, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Loading/Unloading, Mathematics, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Warehousing
Position: Warehouse/Material Handler in Covington, GA for a 6-month contract, 40 hours/week on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm).
- Performs warehouse tasks such as unloading, loading, and moving inventory using forklifts, including reach and cherry picker operations.
- Locates, retrieves, and replenishes products following FEFO methodology, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Supports warehouse organization, maintains GMP standards, and follows SOPs and GDP guidelines.
- Requires safety shoes, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience with material handling equipment, good communication, basic math skills, and physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Work environment involves exposure to moving parts, extreme weather, noise, and airborne particles.
