Function in the Job

Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Job Function

• Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts
• Pull and stage materials based on shop orders
• Keep production running smoothly by maintaining material flow
• Assist with customer inspections
• Organize and restock inventory
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Load coils onto turnstiles in proper orientation

Required Skills

Required: Experience operating Overhead bridge crane, Sheet lifter, using 35 ton bridge crane

• Experience with sheet lifters, Overhead bridge crane and 35 ton bridge crane
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to pass a drug screening

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week and Overtime as required
