Job Duties

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to safely move, stage, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, label, shrink-wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets, ensuring products are handled safely and stored in designated warehouse locations.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders and work orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform quality control inspections to identify damaged products and ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
• Support inventory management by conducting cycle counts, rotating stock, maintaining controlled inventory locations, and assisting with inventory audits.
• Follow food safety, warehouse safety, and standard operating procedures while collaborating with team members, training new employees, and supporting cross-functional warehouse operations.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse operating Cherry Picker, reach trucks, sit down forklift and rider Electric Pallet Jacks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid work history with no gaps, long term roles.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

• Operator a Reach Forklift to move Asian food products with precision and care Will be using a manual and electric pallet jack to move product within the warehouse Pick and pack orders with meticulous attention to detail meeting quality and accuracy standards* Safely load and unload pallets, ensuring the integrity of the products Receiving and inspecting product Accurately verify and document received items against purchase orders Assist in the organization and rotation of stock to maintain freshness (especially within the Freezer section of the warehouse) Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders and restock inventory Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper handling of fragile or perishable items Participate in physical tasks including lifting, to support warehouse operations Must understand the food safety and hygiene regulations Physical capability to lift and handle food products with care Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate within a diverse team
