Position Summary Seeking reliable and motivated candidates for a full-time warehouse/forklift operator role in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer active, hands-on work and are comfortable rotating across multiple warehouse functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move products and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas (training provided; certification not required at hire) Operate tugger equipment (training and certification provided) Perform general warehouse floor duties including breaking down boxes, stacking pallets, and sorting recyclable materials Receive, move, and distribute materials and maintain accurate records of quantities received and shipped Assist across all warehouse functions as needed to support daily operations Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition Report equipment issues and service needs promptly Follow all safety regulations, operating procedures, and company policies at all times Work Environment High-activity warehouse setting with continuous physical work Team-based environment requiring flexibility and cross-functional support Fast-paced workflow with emphasis on safety and accuracy Training & Certification Forklift training provided on-site; certification not required prior to hire Tugger operation training and certification provided Site-specific training and onboarding required prior to badge issuance Badging / Onboarding Requirements Once cleared, candidates must provide: Valid photo ID Completed onboarding form (as provided) Additional onboarding steps: Site-specific training instructions and login credentials will be provided upon clearance Mandatory completion of required online training prior to badge issuance Core Requirements Willingness and ability to perform all warehouse tasks as assigned Strong attention to safety procedures and operational instructions Ability to work in a physically active, production-driven environment Dependability and team-oriented mindsetI
