Location: Newville, PA

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders, shipping documents, and production schedules
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and recordkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in a warehouse environment

Job Duties:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout the facility
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas
• Pull, gather, and distribute materials based on production schedules and customer orders
• Sort and organize inventory on racks, shelves, and storage bins
• Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or production use
• Mark materials with identifying information and maintain inventory accuracy
• Open and inspect incoming containers, bales, crates, and shipments
• Weigh and count materials to verify quantities and ensure quality standards are met
• Enter and maintain inventory records in the computer system
• Prepare parcels and shipments for mailing and distribution
• Support warehouse organization and maintain a clean, safe work environment
