Be the backbone of a fast-moving warehouse that powers the HVAC industry. As a Warehouse Material Handling Technician, you will perform cross-functional duties spanning order picking and packing, receiving, inventory control, shipping, and housekeeping. This is a hands-on role with daily safety huddles and team collaboration at its core.

Core Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing using an RF scanner; confirm item accuracy and quantities prior to sealing.
• Receiving and unloading inbound shipments; verify counts and condition, record damage or defects, label, and store correctly.
• Inventory support including cycle counts, periodic checks, and discrepancy reporting.
• Material handling with sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach truck, and pallet jacks; stack and store products to optimize space.
• Shipping preparation including labels, documents, and paperwork; load and unload trucks for outbound and inbound activity.
• Quality control checks to protect product integrity; escalate issues promptly.
• Workplace safety and cleanliness; sweep, organize, and dispose of debris to maintain a safe, orderly facility.
• Team collaboration; support training of new hires and contribute to daily safety and operational huddles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
• Proficient with forklifts and pallet jacks; adheres to safety procedures; current forklift license or certification preferred.
• Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in fulfillment.
• Basic computer and scanning skills for order and inventory systems.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.
