Warehouse Materials Clerk - Chandler

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Warehouse Materials Clerk at our Chandler, AZ Location.

THE ROLE

The Warehouse Materials Clerk is responsible for storing excess production stock, pulling stock to fulfill stock pull orders, maintain bin accuracy and cycle count, applying stock to open orders, and Shipping/Receiving backup. A successful Warehouse Materials Clerk is hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to keep good records and ensure inventory accuracy.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory-Daily, Monthly, Annually
• Store and maintain organization of materials on shelves
• Rotate materials to ensure FIFO
• Looks for Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) and Semi-Finished supermarket inventory available to apply to customer sales orders (CPP & LAM)
• Links FGI and SFSMI to customer sales orders and creates corresponding paperwork. Distribute paperwork to operations for finishing, inspection, and packaging of inventory
• Pull stock from finished goods for sales orders
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.(depending on order volume)
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Assistance in Shipping/Receiving when needed
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and read English.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Working familiarity with IPC- 4101&3, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 desirable. ISO/IATF auditing training, SAP/database/statistical software experiences are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work effectively under pressure and to work effectively with people within the organization.

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
