Day-in-the-Life

Step into our Irvine, CA operation where you’ll be the steady hand that keeps materials moving. Your morning might begin on the receiving dock—verifying paperwork, inspecting incoming goods, and unloading safely. Midday, you’ll stage, store, and label items so teams can find exactly what they need when they need it. In the afternoon, you’ll prepare outbound orders—picking, packing, and verifying accuracy—then operate forklifts and other equipment to keep product flowing. Throughout the day, you’ll keep the workspace orderly and safe, collaborate with teammates to hit production timelines, and keep a close eye on inventory so discrepancies don’t slow anyone down.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and unload inbound materials and finished goods.
• Place, organize, and label inventory in assigned storage locations for efficient retrieval.
• Pick, prepare, and package items for shipment with accuracy and quality checks.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and productively.
• Assist with inventory control, track stock levels, and report any variances.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area by following safety protocols.
• Work cross-functionally to meet production targets and shipping deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior material handling or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment (certification preferred).
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting tasks.
