Warehouse Materials Flow Operator (Power Equipment)

Woburn, MA | $21–$23/hr DOE | 2nd Shift (2pm–close) | Overtime available

• Do you thrive on keeping docks clear, aisles organized, and counts spot-on?
• Can you confidently handle a ride-on electric pallet jack and switch to a forklift or reach truck when needed?
• Are you meticulous with shipping paperwork and inventory records?

Role highlights

• Own the inbound process: receive, inspect, label, and store materials accurately
• Prepare outbound freight: create bills of lading and finalize shipping documents
• Keep inventory tight: record transactions and flag discrepancies immediately
• Operate warehouse power equipment: forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on pallet jacks
• Prioritize safety: follow all procedures and best practices

What we’re looking for

• Ride-on (electric) pallet jack experience — REQUIRED
• Forklift experience; reach truck exposure preferred
• 2+ years in warehouse/receiving
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfort lifting 50 lbs independently (up to 100 lbs with help)

Schedule & compensation

• Second shift, typically 2:00 p.m. until close
• $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities available
