Warehouse Materials Flow Specialist

Location: Ontario, CA

Picture a typical day in our Ontario facility: the docks open, inbound pallets arrive, and you take ownership. You verify what comes in, make sure it’s in great condition, and direct it where it needs to go. A forklift hums to life as you stage product with care, update counts on screen, and keep the floor organized so the next move is always clear. When it’s time to ship, you package and label precisely so every order leaves right the first time. Along the way, you help teammates solve problems, share best practices with new hires, and keep safety front-and-center.

What you’ll handle

• Receiving: inspect and sort incoming goods, confirming quantities and condition.
• Movement: operate forklifts and related equipment to place materials in designated locations.
• Inventory control: maintain accurate records and support scheduled stock counts.
• Outbound: prepare materials for shipment with correct packaging and clear labeling.
• Teamwork: coordinate with peers to streamline flow and boost efficiency.
• Safety & housekeeping: follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Knowledge sharing: assist in training new team members on material handling procedures.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in warehouse or material handling preferred.
• Comfort operating forklifts and other handling equipment (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tasks.
