Warehouse / Mechanical Shop Associate

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join a hands-on warehouse/shop environment. This is not a traditional warehouse role focused only on picking and packing. The position involves working around lifting equipment and machinery, using hand tools, learning equipment and processes, and helping keep the shop running efficiently.

The ideal candidate does not necessarily need direct equipment experience, but should be comfortable working with tools, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with handling, organizing, and preparing lifting equipment
• Use basic hand tools and work around mechanical equipment
• Learn equipment, processes, and safety procedures
• Help inspect, clean, organize, and maintain equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized shop/work area
• Stay productive and take initiative without constant supervision
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other warehouse and shop duties as needed
