Pay range: $29.92/hr. - $30.96/hr.
This position requires individuals to be on-site: in Minneapolis, MN. As needed, the position may require individuals to work at a secondary location in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Job Description
  • This position will be responsible for fulfilling deployment/recovery requests related to hardware utilized by users. Fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware.
  • This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and break/fix operations.
  • This role requires a high attention to detail as well as a general understanding or desire to learn the intricacies of the hardware that Client supports.
  • The role may work directly with Client's users, so ability to clearly communicate –both verbal and written –and build excellent business relationships quickly is essential.
This role must be flexible to provide appropriate services as needed on any given day. Below is an example of how time could be spent: 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents (picking and shipment of hardware)
15% inventory tracking and reconciliation
15% configuration/application of firmware
10% break/fix operations
