Essential Functions:

  • Ensure customer orders are selected, palletized, loaded, and shipped accurately and on schedule 
  • Troubleshoot inventory, quality, routing, replenishment, equipment, and order fulfillment issues directly on the warehouse  
  • Coordinate with inventory, receiving, shipping, loading, and dispatch teams to ensure efficient execution of nightly operations 
  • Rotate products using FIFO criteria 
  • Assist with prioritizing work assignments and reallocating labor resources to meet changing operational demands 
  • Serve as a visible floor leader by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and providing real-time operational support throughout the shift 
  • Monitor warehouse productivity and operational flow, addressing concerns before they impact service levels 
  • Lead by example through hands-on involvement in warehouse operations while maintaining accountability across assigned teams 
  • Escalate significant operational, quality, safety, or personnel concerns when appropriate while independently resolving routine issues 
  • Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the warehouse floor to support employees, answer questions, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Oversee the hiring, developing and managing the performance of warehouse team members 
  • Collaborate and excel in working with other functional areas to create efficient and effective processes for servicing customers  
  • Maintain organized, written employee training, coaching, discipline, and safety investigation records in coordination with the Night Operations Manager, VP of Operations, and Human Resources 
  • Ensure and foster an environment of food safety, warehouse safety, team culture, and OSHA compliance 
  • Obtain user and trainer certification on appropriate material handling equipment 
  • Rotate warehouse closing responsibilities with other supervisors 
  • Perform work outside of normal business hours as required 
  • Maintain regular and satisfactory full-time attendance 
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Night Operations Manager, and VP Of Operations – Get Fresh Produce

  • 2 – 4+ years in a supervisory role prior experience is preferred 
  • Recent and successful experience in manufacturing or distribution operations 
  • Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.
  • Bilingual: Spanish is plus 

Physical Demands:

  • Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time 

Compensation:

  • $68,000 - $73,000/Year based on experience 

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday – Friday (Off on Saturday and one day during the week).
  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm start time, depending on the day till completed
