We are leaders in building whats next because we see the path to get there and were setting a new standard of exceptional along the way.Lets build togetherKey FunctionsResponsible for general warehouse duties including laboring driving and organizing inventory.Assist in preparing bucket trucks coordinating equipment and materials and ensuring readiness of tools and supplies.Organize and maintain warehouse operations to support routine utility work.Unload palletize and store materials accurately and efficiently.Operate dollies and pallet jacks to safely move heavy equipment and boxes.Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure readiness for field deployment.Work closely with field crews and supervisors to stage and dispatch materials and vehicles as needed.Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards.Support inventory tracking cycle counts and reordering of supplies and tools.Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.Desired QualificationsPrior warehouse andor logistics experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with bucket truck setup and staging preferred.Knuckle Boom Operator certification or experience is a plus.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.Clean driving record required Class A or Class B CDL is a significant advantage.Capable of lifting more than 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.Must be willing and able to work occasional nights and weekends.Why HauglandCompensation range for this role is 25-30 per hourAt Haugland Group our benefits are designed to convey company culture and values which has employees at its forefront.Excellent benefits package including medical prescription drug dental vision Health Savings shortlong term disability and life insurance401k with 5 employer matchEmployer funded Dependent Care FSAPotential for annual performance-based raisePaid Time offPaid company observed holidaysEducational and professional advancement opportunitiesFrequent company-sponsored eventsRelaxed friendly officeFast-paced exciting environmentHaugland Group LLC and its operating divisions affiliates related entities and subsidiaries collectively the Company" do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
