Warehouse Operations Associate — Acloche (Groveport)

Acloche has immediate openings for temp-to-hire roles in our Groveport warehouse. Step into a hands-on position where your accuracy and hustle keep customer orders moving.

A day in this role

From first pick to final handoff, you’ll keep the operation running smoothly:

• Confirm each order is correct before it’s staged or picked up.
• Welcome customers on arrival and assist with order pickup.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders with care and speed.
• Receive and sort inbound merchandise, organizing inventory as it arrives.
• Move, arrange, and replenish stock to the right locations.
• Keep aisles, work areas, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies every step of the way.
• Pitch in with general warehouse tasks as assigned—team effort is the norm here.

What you bring

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Clear, courteous communication and solid customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
