Job Summary
CE3S is looking for a dependable and team-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in picking orders, shipping and receiving, kitting, value-add processing, backorder processing, and general warehouse support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Support kitting and value-add processing
- Print labels and verify order accuracy
- Check orders for accuracy before shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area
- Accurately identify and handle parts by item number
- Assist other departments with warehouse-related activities as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-focused work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or selecting experience strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with NAV, Microsoft Business Central, or a warehouse management system preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday in a warehouse environment
Work Environment
This position works primarily in a warehouse setting and requires regular standing, walking, lifting, picking, packing, and handling of inventory.
