We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Operations Associate to join our growing team in King of Prussia, PA. In this role, you will help ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining inventory integrity and providing outstanding support to warehouse operations. What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against receiving documentation.
- Identify, document, and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory while following proper product rotation procedures.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) to complete inventory, fulfillment, and shipping transactions.
- Process customer returns, complete required system updates, and restock returned merchandise.
- Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and other inventory control activities.
- Support outbound shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, DEA regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Accurately complete data entry and maintain documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Operate independently while managing daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when business needs require.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
