Picture your day starting with a quick team huddle in our Lima warehouse. You’ll scan the work board, coordinate with teammates, and jump into action—moving parts, staging shipments, and keeping inventory organized. As orders flow, you’ll help load and unload, tidy work areas, and keep safety top of mind. Then you’ll wrap up the day knowing your weekends are free.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload incoming parts and outgoing shipments with care and accuracy.
• Keep products organized, labeled, and easy to find across warehouse locations.
• Handle general labor tasks—facility cleaning and basic upkeep included.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and our inventory.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily operational targets.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks efficiently.
